Thank you Lara Casey, I could not have said it better myself.

I love the start of a new year and the fresh start and excited feeling it brings with it. A new year, new goals, new routines, start of school and work after a holiday break and an excitement to cultivate a great year ahead.

Although on January 1st – we were still relaxing on our Drakensberg holiday, and then we went on a couple getaway and then our baby girl started play school for the first and only last week did our older two girls start their new school year.

So today, January 21st is my fresh new start.

And so today brings our start to the ways of 2019:

MC back at work

Back to healthy, clean eating

Back to a consistent exercise regime

Back to routine

And most importantly, in this little space – back to blogging
