Every year, December is jam packed with Christmas functions, parties, Secret Santas and fun filled events. One of our annual functions is our Bookclub Christmas get together – previous years have included traditional Christmas dinners, drinks and dancing and spa pamper days and getaways.

Our bookclub started six years ago, and every month I look forward to catching up with these gorgeous girls for a good dinner, good laughs and sometimes even a good cry. This year has welcomed new babies, new homes, pregnancies, new jobs and so many memories.

Our Christmas get together this year was a delicious Summer champagne breakfast at The Oyster Box Hotel and it did not disappoint! Their buffet breakfast includes everything you can think of: mimosas, oysters, fruit and cereals, continental meats and cheeses, hot breakfast, unlimited tea and coffee and a pancake/waffle bar. Delicious!
