A new year and a fresh start to set new goals and new rhythms and routines for the year and months ahead. I live for the fresh starts: new year, 1st of each month, Mondays, lost of goals and a ticked off to do list – that’s what sets fire to my soul… And so I am the giddy child at the start of the year, with my blank slate new planner, new stationery and ready to rock the year ahead.

This year is an EXTRA EXCITING one because I turn forty. So even a new decade for me, and I couldn’t be more excited for the year ahead. I just know it’s going to be a fabulous year to embrace all that has been a part of my forty-year-old story.

And so my vision for 2025 includes: turning forty with fun and celebrations, quality time with Jesus, my MC, my babies and our special friends and family, and time to fill up my own cup with all the things I love to do the most: move my body, travel, read, socialise and celebrate and finding time to rest and fuel my soul.

My word for the year is: ALIVE
