February is love month and I am sucker for all things love… Give me all the hearts, red and pink, romantic stories and dates and all the chocolate! It also happens to be my hubs birthday month so we double up on love and celebrations.

Another perfect match… Finding a perfect pair of shoes.

When it comes to shoes, I swing both sides of the spectrum – I love a good, comfy pair of white trainers (always paired with denims and a casual shirt) but I also love a good pair of gorgeous heels. As a stay-at-home wife and mom, I have realized there is a time and place for both… The trainers keep me going during the week whilst doing the house errands and the school run, and the stunning heels make an appearance for romantic date nights or a night on the town with the girls.

I have to admit though – at eight months pregnant, I don’t last very long in heels but they do help make this mama to feel fabulous (and then I go home and put slippers on!) With Baby #3 arriving in the next few weeks, MC and I have been trying to sneak in as many date nights as possible and these funky berry tassel heels were a perfect match for our dinner dates. I teamed them with simple jeans, a white vest and blazer and fun accessories – and I was the perfect height for date night kisses.
