Week Two – Pan Fried Fish with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream
- juice and zest from 2 lemons
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 fish fillets (fresh hake)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp seasoning spice (fish spice)

Method:
- To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes until reduced slightly.

- For the fish, combine the flour, salt and seasoning spice and coat the fish fillets thoroughly.

- Fry the fish in a hot pan (in a little vegetable oil, skin down first) until golden brown and then carefully flip over and fry for another 4-5 minutes until the fish is cooked and through and golden brown.

- Serve with the sauce, and sides of your choice.

I'm not really a big fish fan but this looks delicious! I'll have to give it a go.
