Feeding: 7am – cereal and prune and yoghurt, 10am – bottle and sandwich, 12.30 – mixed veg (butternut, carrot, potato, sweet potato, marrow and green beans), protein (chicken, beef or lamb) and starch (rice and pasta) and fruit, 3pm – bottle and a biscuit, fruit and 6pm – veg mix, cereal and bottle. She now tastes everything we eat too – spaghetti, pasta, chicken, fish fingers, sausage etc.

Sleep: Still a little angel sleeper – two sleeps during the day from 9-11am and 2-5pm. And then a solid 12 hours from 7pm – 7am at night.

Milestones: Loving the crawling and standing – and she is super fast! She is now saying mama, dada, baba, hi, bye, there and ta. She has a good understanding of our commands too, and has quickly learnt the word NO! Her top middle tooth has popped up so she now has 3 teeth, and she has just started learning to kiss.

Loves: Swimming lessons, being tickled, crawling on the floor with daddy and chasing him around the house. 

Dislikes: Cold water and sand on sticky fingers. You also don’t like tuna or being sick.

Adventures: SJ started swimming lessons and absolutely loves it! We now go twice a week for 30 mins each time. We sing and kick and she has even gone under wetting her face and learning to hold her breath. 

Mommy and Daddy could not get through the month without: YOU! We really have been blessed with such a special little girl. She has captured our hearts and has brought pure love and joy into our lives. We adore every moment spent with her, the new milestones, the cuddles and kisses, the new words and sounds, her infectious giggle and laugh and just the way her eyes light up when she sees us!
