Another whole year down, and I am still trying to catch up on birthday posts. So a few days to go until ZB’s 9th birthday party and I am FINALLY sharing her 8th birthday party.

ZB’s birthday kicks off our three month party planning with our three girls but she is always the first to celebrate and lucky enough to have a Summer party – often in stinking hot weather and we’ve managed to escape the rain.

Her 8th birthday party theme was a very cute and unique one… A Science Experiment party.

After searching for a local company that would help with putting the science experiment activities together, I decided to reach out to the incredible Christy from The Play Hive- I may have put her out of her comfort one a little, but she agreed to put together our activities for the first time (and now offers these as a part of her party packages).

I managed to find the cutest lab coats, science goggles, lanyards, beakers and test tubes on Amazon. And we had such fun with our party packed including: a test tube of sweets, a tub of slime and a magical fizzing bath bomb.

And now she is almost nine…
