And just like that, September is done and October has arrived – with the start of Term 4 at school and the slippery slope to Summer and Christmas…

September Goals

  • Bucket list trip to Greece on a yoga retreat with my besties What a trip!!
  • Prioritise my devotional time with Jesus Love this time with my Father
  • Read two books Book reviews coming soon!
  • Watch one new series Absolutely loved Hostage and The Better Sister
  • Focus on my skin and skin care Proud of myself for being so much better at this
  • Celebrate Heritage Day A fun dress up day for our girls
  • Play parents vs daughters hockey match So much fun!
  • Cheer EN on at her DPL hockey tournament An awesome first tournament for our big girl
  • Rest and recover after a small elective procedure Rest and recovered
  • Cheer SJ on at her DPL hockey tournament – Poor SJ broke her thumb and couldn’t play for 3 weeks
  • Celebrate EN’s dental braces being removed after 2 years YAY! What a beautiful smile
  • Watch the Springboks rugby vs Argentina Always the best – what a vibe and a great win!
  • Celebrate a special baby shower – Sad to have missed this with crazy schedules and recovery
  • Enjoy the Spring school holidays with our babies A slow holiday but a special one!

  • Wake up before 5am
  • Prioritise my slow mornings
  • Start journaling again
  • Read two books and catch up my Goodreads reading journal
  • Post my latest book reviews
  • Post our latest party celebrations
  • Charity Day with SJ and her friends
  • Celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary
  • Cheer EN on at her PSI indoor hockey tournament
  • Surprise a special friend for her 40th
  • Join SJ on her school waterpolo tour to Joburg
  • Cheer ZB on at Natal Dance Festival
  • Celebrate our twins 3rd birthday
  • Host the twins 3rd birthday party at home
  • Watch ZB swim in her JP galas
  • Cheer SJ on at Top 10 polo tournament
  • Twins pre-school orientation morning
  • SJ’s high school orientation evening
  • Attend our school mums assembly and breakfast
  • Trick or treating and dress up fun
