Happy Birthday Ellie Love.

This week, I celebrate SEVEN years of blogging in my little space.

Seven years of sharing stories.

Seven years of capturing memories.

Seven years of making new friends.

Seven years of being supported by an amazing community.

Seven years of my little Ellie Love.

It’s quite crazy to think that seven years ago, I was sitting in our first home with a four month old baby girl, missing my old blog, Mrs Rosie Posie (what even is that name?!) and I had the urge to write again, to be creative to express myself, to share and to have a little space for myself and our moments – and so the journey of Ellie Love began.

And now seven years later, I have three baby girls in our forever home, building such incredible friendships and relationships with courageous women across the world, having visited some of these beautiful ladies in Joburg, Cape Town, London and Texas. Joining forces and collaborating with powerful small business, special mamas and creatives, and making the most of fun projects.

Thank you to all the people who have loved, helped and supported me over the past seven years. To the ladies who guided me into starting a blog, designing and a blog and putting it all together, the readers and followers and friends that share my words, like posts and engage in comments, the ladies who reach out and empathise or guide me and give advice, the bloggers, brands and creatives that dream up fun ideas, projects and exciting ways to work together and the beautiful women around the world that are now some of my closest friends and we chat every week. Thank you so much.

No seven year itch going on here… Just onwards and upwards, loving this life I live.
