SJ 3rd Birthday – Food

18 May 2015|

Food

Food is always a very important aspect of a function for me – no matter how big or small the event, I always remember the food. Was it cold or hot? Delicious or not so tasty? Spicy or bland? Too much or too little? Unfortunately, I have adopted the idea to always rather over cater as I never want my guests to go starving…

We hosted SJ’s party at our own home and I decided that we would then cater for the party too – a little crazy as we had so many guests but we did our best. I made homemade sausage rolls, cheese and bacon muffins, cheesecake and chocolate brownies.

Kiddies tables are always easy for me – chips, fruit, and a variety of sweets and chocolate. I also try my best to stick with the theme or colour scheme.
