I don’t owe anyone an explanation or an apology but I am grateful for your patience.
Taking a break from blogging was a good thing for me – more because I’ve needed the sleep and rest time than because I’ve needed a social media break.
But I thank those faithful readers that always come back for me, have missed me in this little space and who have offered genuine concern via emails, messages, and other platforms.
I am happy to say that I am back, ad it’s good to be back.
(and yes, I am awake at 5am to publish this blog post myself!)
